    Our client, a leading Banking organization, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to join their team on a 3-month remote contract. The successful  candidate will be responsible for working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and ServiceNow platform owners to design, configure and implement ITOM capabilities, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.


    Responsibilities

    • Implement, configure and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite, including Discovery and Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management / Orchestration and Operational Intelligence.
    • Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM and CMDB.
    • Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes and sensors.
    • Ensure CMDB data integrity and normalization.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide subject matter expertise on ITOM capabilities.
    • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Deliver documentation, configuration guides and operational handover materials.



    Skillset

    • At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience.
    • Strong technical background in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
    • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM and/or ServiceNow System Administrator are a bonus.
    • Proven experience with CMDB data modeling, reconciliation and maintenance.
    • Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, VMware).
    • Scripting experience using JavaScript, PowerShell or Python.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide consulting and advisory support on ITOM best practices, CMDB governance and CSDM adoption.

    • Lead Discovery implementation to ensure accurate identification and mapping of infrastructure and application services.

    • Perform hands-on configuration and validation of CMDB data quality and relationships.

    • Define data standards, processes and operating model improvements to strengthen service visibility and operational maturity.

    Skillset

The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise-level portfolio management, demand management and agile delivery practices.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead the technical design, configuration and customization of ServiceNow SPM and EAP modules to meet enterprise portfolio and agile program management requirements.
