The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes for their clients, including designing, configuring and implementing products such as ITSM, ITAM, HRSD and CSM.


    Responsibilities

    • Partner with clients to design and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions to business challenges.

    • Define project scope, requirements and overall vision to ensure tailored outcomes.

    • Follow and support established technical governance processes.

    • Contribute to the ongoing development and upkeep of ServiceNow architecture standards and best practices.

    • Engage in design workshops and support development, testing and deployment activities.

    • Take responsibility for technical deliverables, including system configurations and integrations.

    • Champion and apply ServiceNow best practices across all engagements.

    • Develop a strong understanding of client operations and align solutions to their needs.

    • Continuously enhance implementation approaches and service offerings based on experience.



    Skillset

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD and Service Portal.

    • ITIL V3 Foundation certification  and ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist are desirable.

    • Strong hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform.

    • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership across governance, project management, business processes, and technical challenges.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

    • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar is plus.

  • Freelance ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Expert

    Our client, a global consulting firm, are hiring a Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB expert to design, configure and implement CMDB and Discovery for a large Austrian manufacturing enterprise. This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced consultant who can work independently in a complex environment.


    Responsibilities

    • Set up and configure ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
    • Design CI models, relationships and governance processes.
    • Configure MID Servers, patterns and discovery schedules.
    • Ensure data quality, reconciliation and integration with ITSM/Asset.
    • Document setup and provide knowledge transfer.



    Skillset

    • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and Discovery.

    Our client, a German pharmaceutical customer, is hiring an ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to join the team on a freelance role.  The successful candidate will focus on ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB optimisation and implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).


    Responsibilities

    • Provide consulting and advisory support on ITOM best practices, CMDB governance and CSDM adoption.

    • Lead Discovery implementation to ensure accurate identification and mapping of infrastructure and application services.

    • Perform hands-on configuration and validation of CMDB data quality and relationships.

    • Define data standards, processes and operating model improvements to strengthen service visibility and operational maturity.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating technical outcomes into business value.



    Skillset

    • Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM, with strong knowledge of Discovery and CMDB.

    • Solid understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and how to implement it.

    • Hands-on experience with CMDB governance, data quality and service mapping.

    • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, able to bridge technical and business perspectives.

    • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries is a plus.

    • Availability to commit 2 days per week on a freelance basis through end of year.
