ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta or Washington D.C.)

Our client, a leading IT Solutions organization, is hiring a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to craft solution strategies, transform client needs into clear user stories, and provide reliable effort estimates that enable efficient and effective delivery.


Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and delivery teams to understand client objectives and craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and compelling value propositions.

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and executive audiences.

• Assist in scoping and estimating project efforts, timelines and resource requirements.

• Draft user stories and solution designs in collaboration with delivery architects and developers.

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with prospective clients.

Skillset

• Hands-on experience with Customer Success Management (CSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

• Proven ability to translate client needs into clear, actionable user stories.

• Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Expertise in effort estimation and crafting tailored, value-driven solutions.

• Architect and develop ServiceNow SPM solutions (Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management).Provide strategic guidance on platform best practices and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of ServiceNow implementations.

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow SPM (formerly ITBM).
• Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance required.

Our client, an elite ServiceNow partner, are hiring a ServiceNow SPM Developer to join their team on a contract basis in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow solutions to optimize operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) modules, including Demand, Project, Resource and Financial Management.

• Implement automation and integrations with third-party tools.

• Work closely with architects and business analysts to achieve project goals.

• Ensure security and compliance with industry standards.

Skillset

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.

• US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance required.
