Our client, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring a German-speaking ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to join their team in Zurich, Switzerland on a freelance contract. The successful candidate will focus on designing, stabilizing and governing a scalable CMDB landscape within a complex enterprise environment.


Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

• Analyze, structure and stabilize existing CMDB environments.

• Define, establish and embed CMDB governance, including roles, responsibilities and operating models.

• Plan, conduct and moderate workshops with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical CMDB and Discovery architectures.

• Provide expertise across related ServiceNow domains, including ITSM, SPM and Discovery.

Skillset

• Fluent in German and English.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM initiatives.

• Strong, in-depth expertise in CMDB, CSDM, CI modelling, and identification & reconciliation.

• Demonstrated track record in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

• Solid understanding of ITIL-based service management processes.

• Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CIS – CMDB, CIS – Discovery, CSA, CAD, and ITIL 4 Foundation (or higher).

Senior Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow (French Speaking)

Our client, a leading sports retail company in France, are hiring a highly skilled Senior Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow and a proven track record in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This is a fully-remote 4-month freelance assignment, designed for an experienced professional who can act as a subject matter expert (SME), guide process improvements, and deliver high-value recommendations.


Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Strategic Portfolio Management within ServiceNow.
• Analyse, design and optimise business processes to align with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules related to portfolio, program and project management.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices, governance and process standardisation.
• Deliver clear documentation, training and guidance for end-users and internal teams.

Skillset

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Extensive experience as a Business Process Consultant or ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing ServiceNow solutions in a corporate environment.
• ServiceNow certifications in SPM is a plus.
• Experience in agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
