  • Senior Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow (French Speaking)
    Location: Remote (France)

    Our client, a leading sports retail company in France, are hiring a highly skilled Senior Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow and a proven track record in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This is a fully-remote 4-month freelance assignment, designed for an experienced professional who can act as a subject matter expert (SME), guide process improvements, and deliver high-value recommendations.


    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Strategic Portfolio Management within ServiceNow.
    • Analyse, design and optimise business processes to align with strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
    • Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules related to portfolio, program and project management.
    • Provide thought leadership on best practices, governance and process standardisation.
    • Deliver clear documentation, training and guidance for end-users and internal teams.



    Skillset

    • Fluent in French (spoken and written).
    • Extensive experience as a Business Process Consultant or ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert.
    • Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
    • Proven experience implementing or optimizing ServiceNow solutions in a corporate environment.
    • ServiceNow certifications in SPM is a plus.
    • Experience in agile or SAFe frameworks.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
       
  • Our client, a growing IT Services and Consulting firm, are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Implementation Specialist to join the team remotely on a 3-6 month contract. The successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide migrations to ServiceNow SPM, collaborating with multiple business units and departments to navigate varying and occasionally conflicting priorities.


    Responsibilities

    • Drive full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow SPM for government and commercial clients.

    • Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, identify gaps and design effective solutions.

    • Oversee migration from legacy platforms, including PlanView and Jira, to ServiceNow SPM.

    • Ensure seamless integration of processes, data and reporting across departments.

    • Advise on best practices to align ServiceNow SPM with enterprise strategy.

    • Act as a trusted consultant, delivering exceptional client engagement and communication.



    Skillset

    • Demonstrated expertise in implementing ServiceNow SPM within large, complex organizations.
