    Responsibilities

    • Design, configure and implement ITSM service request forms and workflows tailored to retail operations.

    • Use UI Builder tools to create intuitive, efficient request interfaces for end users.

    • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form logic, workflows and integrations.

    • Prepare documentation covering configurations, design decisions and environment changes.

    Skillset

The successful candidate will design and build custom integrations linking applications like SuccessFactors with ServiceNow’s AI Search. The role focuses on creating and maintaining custom connectors and integration logic using ServiceNow APIs and scripting.


    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement custom connectors between ServiceNow and external systems (SuccessFactors, LeanIX, Arix).

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the ServiceNow on-prem to cloud migration project as overall Transition Manager / Programme Manager.

    • Oversee planning, testing and implementation phases, including a controlled pilot and final migration weekend.
