Job Title: Freelance ServiceNow Consultant (French-Speaking)

Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a French-Speaking ServiceNow Consultant to join the team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, implementation and customization, along with strong communication skills in both French and English. This role is ideal for an independent consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, business rules, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client teams.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve ServiceNow issues in collaboration with client IT teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices and industry trends.

Skillset

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Developer, or Administrator with a strong technical background.
• Expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, architecture, and integration methodologies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience working with international clients and multi-lingual teams is a plus.
