  ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Our client, a ServiceNow Solutions organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join the team in New York. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business processes and requirements into platform capabilities, ensuring that business needs align with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.
  • Convert business needs into functional and technical requirements within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with best practices and desired outcomes.
  • Lead and facilitate client workshops to achieve consensus on process improvements, platform best practices and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create and refine precise development stories.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, develop strong relationships with both business and technical teams, with support from expert platform architects.

Skillset

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including implementations, process design and configuration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is essential.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
  • Agile SAFe or other Agile-related certifications are a plus.
  • At least one year of experience working with an implementation partner.
  • Experience working with ITSM.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar.
