  ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Our client, an innovative IT solutions company, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their team on a contract basis in Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining innovative AI-powered ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency, strengthen compliance and promote employee well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events and Document Management.

  • Work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges and operational workflows.

  • Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams to implement tailored solutions.

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions to drive engagement and successful adoption.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, user stories and test scenarios.

  • Advise on best practices for leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and optimizing HR service delivery.

  • Coordinate with developers, QA testers and ServiceNow architects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

  • Track system performance, identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for ongoing optimization.

  • Manage and update ServiceNow configurations to reflect changing business priorities and ensure continued alignment.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR process consulting, ServiceNow implementation or HR systems analysis.

  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD platform, with a deep understanding of its core modules.

  • Hands-on experience of ServiceNow configuration, workflow design and form creation.

  • A solid grasp of HR operations and modern service delivery frameworks.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to create clear, concise documentation.

  • Demonstrated experience operating within Agile/Scrum project environments.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD certification is a plus.

  • Familiarity with advanced ServiceNow features such as Employee Center, Virtual Agent, and Mobile functionalities is desirable.
