Today’s guest is Chuck Tomasi, Senior Developer Advocate at ServiceNow. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Chuck has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry which has given him the skills to leverage industry best practices, create lean processes, and provide his customers with the best service and solutions possible. His experience includes global team management, program rollout and leading small to medium (<1MM) scale projects.
Chuck’s current role with ServiceNow is to be a spokesperson, mediator and translator between the company, and both its technical staff and outside developers. His goal is to get developers excited about the Now Platform by pointing out the benefits for developers on an eye-to-eye level. Chuck also has 18 years of experience in content creation, including several published books which have enabled him to create professional content in a variety of media to maximize technology/process adoption and effectiveness.
