Job Title: Product Owner
Day Rate: €480-600 p/d
Duration: 12 months
Location: Dublin or Shannon (2 days onsite per week)

Alldus are partnered with a very exciting customer who would like to bolster their product space and hire a skilled Product Owner with a background in aviation leasing, leasing or financial services for a 12-month day rate contract. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver value.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders across financial services, leasing or aviation leasing sectors to gather and prioritize requirements.
Work closely with engineering, UX and business teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, features and acceptance criteria.
Lead agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews.
Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Skillset

Proven experience as a Product Owner in financial services, leasing or aviation leasing.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
Experience in enterprise-level product development and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements is a plus.
