Job Title: Business Analyst
Day Rate: €480-580 p/d (flexible based on experience)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Dublin or Shannon (2 days onsite per week)

Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is hiring a Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive requirements gathering, facilitate workshops and enhance process optimization in large-scale enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

Drive requirements gathering, workshops and process optimization for greenfield implementations.
Contribute to large-scale enterprise delivery programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Apply UX design and process modeling (BPMN) to refine workflows and improve user experience.
Partner with C-suite executives and remote teams across multiple locations to ensure seamless collaboration.
Deliver application support and training as required.
Perform data analysis and communicate key insights effectively.

Skillset

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or similar.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner in greenfield implementations.
Expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Track record of working within large-scale enterprises and complex systems.
Proficient in Agile & SCRUM methodologies.
Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships while managing stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Background in Application Support & Training.
Strong ability in conceptual data modelling.
Industry experience in Aircraft/Aerospace or Banking is highly beneficial.
