    Our client, a leading US consultancy, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Security Operations and Vulnerability Response. This is a hands-on role focused on developing, enhancing and integrating ServiceNow SecOps capabilities to strengthen enterprise security and vulnerability management processes.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules to meet business and security requirements.

    • Collaborate with security, infrastructure and ServiceNow platform teams to implement automation and orchestration workflows.

    • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party vulnerability scanning and SIEM tools (e.g. Qualys, Tenable, Splunk).

    • Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules and Flow Designer automations.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SecOps modules and integrations.

    • Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.



    Skillset

    • At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years focused on SecOps and Vulnerability Response.

    • Strong understanding of security operations workflows, incident response and vulnerability lifecycle management.

    • Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

    • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow configuration best practices.

    • ServiceNow certifications, including CIS-SecOps or Vulnerability Response.

  • ServiceNow Custom Integrations Specialist

The successful candidate will design and build custom integrations linking applications like SuccessFactors with ServiceNow’s AI Search.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement custom connectors between ServiceNow and external systems (SuccessFactors, LeanIX, Arix).

  • ServiceNow HRSD Developer
    Location: Remote (Canada)

    Our client, a growing Business Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join their digital transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and related HR integrations.

    • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform using best practices in scripting (client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer etc.)

    • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

    Our client are hiring a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep, hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to support a leading retail client in Germany. This role demands both strategic leadership and strong technical execution to drive complex ServiceNow implementations in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

    As the Technical Architect, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow CSM solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. This is a remote role; however, fluency in German is essential due to the client-facing nature of the project.


    Responsibilities

    • Act as the technical lead and architect for the full lifecycle of CSM implementations and enhancements.
    • Translate business requirements into well-architected, scalable and performant ServiceNow solutions.
    • Provide hands-on configuration, scripting and integration work within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners, Process Owners, Developers and other Architects to ensure design consistency and platform best practices.

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect, with a strong recent focus on CSM.

    • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities and data model.
    • Expert-level hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Studio and Application Scoping, CSM modules, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, Service Portal customization and UI policies/scripts
