Our client, an innovator in the financial services industry, is hiring a talented AI Scientist to join the team in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will leverage cutting-edge Generative AI methods to design and deliver innovative solutions for fintech use cases.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy comprehensive AI and machine learning solutions from concept to production.
Create intelligent agents (RAG and other architectures) utilising enterprise data to enhance a variety of financial services functions.
Oversee AI operations and maintain pipelines tailored for Generative AI initiatives.
Contribute hands-on coding for majority of the role.

Skillset

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience building ML/DL models, with strong expertise in Generative AI.
Solid foundation in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and information extraction techniques.
Proficient in embeddings, re-rankers, agentic frameworks, inferencing, fine-tuning and model architecture design.
Hands-on experience managing AI operations end-to-end, including algorithms, data structures and distributed computing.
Demonstrated success in deploying Generative AI systems to production environments.
Skilled in model evaluation, performance monitoring and optimization.
