ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant
Location: Paris, France (2 days onsite per week)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Full-time Contract

Our client, a major luxury goods organization, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant to join the team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions, driving continuous platform enhancements and delivering scalable solutions that support business operations across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

  • Support and optimize core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalog.

  • Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.

  • Configure workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

  • Create, maintain and enhance Business Rules, Script Includes and platform integrations.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to continuous ServiceNow platform improvements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and global delivery teams to deliver effective solutions.

Skillset

  • Proven hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements.

  • Strong expertise across key ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalog.

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.

  • Practical experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes and system integrations.

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration and best practices.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with distributed global teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Fluent English required; French language skills are desirable.
