Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Our client, a leading insurance organization, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing their enterprise risk technology landscape, taking responsibility for shaping and evolving the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ecosystem while delivering, maintaining and enhancing risk management applications on ServiceNow.
Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technical support for IRM, BCM and TPRM applications in production.

Maintain and optimize platform configurations, including forms, lists, workspaces, notifications and ACLs.

Monitor integrations, scheduled jobs and data quality processes to ensure platform stability.

Provide Level 2 support for incidents and problem management.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with out-of-the-box best practices.

Deliver key enhancements across IRM, BCM and TPRM, including workflows, approvals and user experiences.

Develop and maintain core platform components such as Flow Designer logic, business rules and scripts.

Strengthen and manage integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Integration Hub.

Support platform upgrades and drive adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices, standards and continuous improvement.
Skillset
-
Minimum 10 years of experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or advanced administration.

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including tables, relationships, ACLs, Flow Designer, UI policies and JavaScript.

Experience working with IRM, BCM, TPRM or other non-ITSM modules.

Demonstrated ability to translate new platform features into tangible business value.

Experience designing and building reports and dashboards.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Solid understanding of data governance, system performance and security principles.

Proven experience leading troubleshooting efforts and platform improvement initiatives.

A strong focus on automation, simplification and continuous improvement.
Benefits

Salary: $170k – $190k
-
15% annual bonus.
