Based in London, Richard is a fully certified professional with over 14 years of experience in ITSM and over 12 years of experience working in ServiceNow. He has been involved in every kind of ServiceNow implementation from small companies to multi-national enterprises, including leading financial, healthcare, insurance, public sector and pharmaceutical institutions. He previously worked as an Associate Developer at ServiceNow where he was involved in troubleshooting, codebase development, customer support and implementation of the platform.
