    Responsibilities

    • Design, build and maintain backend services that are high-performance, resilient and easy to scale.

    • Define service boundaries, data models and API contracts to enable independent team development.

    • Set performance benchmarks and SLOs, designing systems for durability and graceful degradation under load.

    Skillset

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the ServiceNow on-prem to cloud migration project as overall Transition Manager / Programme Manager.

    • Assess the current landscape (data, modules, and integrations) and plan a detailed, step-by-step migration roadmap.

    • Oversee planning, testing and implementation phases, including a controlled pilot and final migration weekend.
