As Executive Vice President of Engineering at OJO, she grew the footprint of the OJO engineering team globally, scaling from seven local engineers to more than 100 around the world in under two years. Her ability to recruit the right talent for the right opportunity, while maintaining a strong engineering culture, has significantly increased the company’s ability to bring innovative technological solutions to guide consumers through a transparent homebuying journey.
