Our client, an innovator in the retail sector, are hiring a skilled ServiceNow CSM Specialist to join their team on a six-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.

  • Develop workflows and automation tailored to business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process optimization.

  • Provide training and documentation to end-users.

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow CSM module implementation.

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
