Our client, a leading Fintech organization, is hiring Account Executives for major enterprise markets in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones (e.g. Seattle, Denver or Dallas). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, focusing on achieving annual recurring revenue targets, acquiring new clients and ensuring customer retention, all while delivering outstanding sales experiences.

Responsibilities

  • As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will work collaboratively in team-selling environments, consistently exceed sales quotas.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s full capabilities and ServiceNow Technology Workflow solutions.

  • Align the value of solutions with customer missions, KPIs and business goals.

  • Nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Partner with ServiceNow Account Teams to co-sell software.

  • Effectively communicate the business value of the solution, including ROI and total cost of ownership.

  • Identify and drive business opportunities in both new and existing accounts.

  • Manage an active sales pipeline to ensure quota objectives are met.

  • Showcase the value of the solution during complex sales cycles.

  • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets on a quarterly basis.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 7 years of software sales experience (SaaS preferred).

  • Experience selling to ServiceNow customers or in IT Financial Management/Technology Business Management (ITFM/TBM).

  • Proven track record of selling to VP and C-level executives.

  • Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.

  • History of closing six-figure deals.

  • Skilled in managing and closing complex sales cycles using solution-selling methodologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
