Our client, a leading Digital Transformation services company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect for SecOps to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who has a strong background in Security Operations and ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and optimization. The successful candidate will help organizations enhance their security posture through ServiceNow’s Security Operations (SecOps) module.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement ServiceNow SecOps architecture to improve security incident response and vulnerability management.
Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as SIEM, threat intelligence platforms and vulnerability scanners.
Configure and customize workflows, dashboards and reports to align with business and security objectives.
Provide guidance on best practices for using ServiceNow SecOps modules including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Threat Intelligence.
Collaborate with security teams to optimize incident detection, triage and resolution processes.
Perform ServiceNow upgrades and ensure optimal system performance.
Document system configurations, processes and user guides.
Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

Skillset

Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps architecture, implementation and configuration.
Hands-on expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Threat Intelligence modules.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS etc.)
Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools such as Splunk, Qualys, Tenable, CrowdStrike and others.
Ability to create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies and scripts within ServiceNow.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
