ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Our client, a global travel company, are hiring a ServiceNow Analyst to join the team in Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting and enhancing ServiceNow processes, ensuring the platform aligns with the organization's goals and contributes to improved operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Analyst, you will design, test and deploy Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Capture and translate business requirements into ServiceNow configurations and solutions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and streamline processes.
Ensure the platform remains secure, up-to-date and performs at its best, including managing user accounts, roles and permissions.
Review current workflows to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Drive process improvements using ServiceNow tools such as workflows, reports and dashboards.
Offer end-user support and training, troubleshooting technical issues and escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to design and implement custom solutions.

Skillset

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar.
Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization and system administration.
Demonstrated experience with Service Management Tools and ITIL methodologies with the ability to apply them in practical settings.
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) is strongly preferred.
ITIL v4 Certification is highly desirable.
Knowledge of CMDB processes, including Hardware and Software Asset Management.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve complex technical issues, working efficiently under pressure with management at all levels.
