Alldus are partnering with a leading Management Consulting firm to support with the hiring a Director of IAM Practice in Ireland. This senior appointment offers the opportunity to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and continue to establish the firm as a trusted leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The successful candidate will lead account management, account expansion, and customer development while leveraging deep expertise in multi-vendor IAM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop key client accounts, driving engagement and revenue growth.

• Partner with clients to understand their IAM needs and develop tailored solutions.

• Provide strategic insight and technical guidance across multiple IAM platforms and vendors.

• Shape and execute IAM strategies, aligning solutions with business objectives.

• Represent the firm as a subject matter expert, engaging with industry forums and stakeholders.

• Flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed.

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within a consulting or enterprise environment.

• Proven track record in account management, sales expansion, and customer relationship development.

• Strong understanding of IAM technologies and multi-vendor ecosystems.

• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent business development and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Passion for innovation, security, and enabling digital transformation.
