ServiceNow Business Process Consultant – Secret Clearance

Our client, an elite ServiceNow partner, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join the team on a contract basis in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible to help the company optimize processes through ServiceNow SPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes within ServiceNow SPM.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and implement best practices.

• Create process documentation and change management strategies.

• Support organizations in achieving digital transformation goals.

Skillset

• 5+ years of business process consulting experience.

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) and ITSM workflows.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

• ServiceNow certifications preferred.

• US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance required.
