Our client, a global IT Consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Implementation Solution Specialist to join their team in London. The successful candidate will work on enhancing the customer experience by playing a key role in designing, developing and integrating top-tier ServiceNow workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and tailor ServiceNow applications to drive innovation across the business and their partners.

  • Improve customer and employee experiences with seamless, efficient workflows.

  • Enhance customer journeys through personalisation, omnichannel engagement and frictionless transactions.

  • Utilize ServiceNow to deliver proactive support, real-time insights and streamlined workflows.

  • Work alongside industry-leading experts to deliver exceptional solutions.

Skillset

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

  • Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow implementation and development across various workflows.

  • Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITIL Foundation or equivalent certifications

  • Deep understanding of optimizing customer and employee journeys.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

  • CRM experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with NowAssist, GenAI and Agentic AI to elevate customer and employee experience
