Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with AI Ops Experience
Location: Remote

Our client, a leading IT services organization, is hiring a ServiceNow AI Ops Developer for a contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, while utilizing AI Ops tools to enhance IT operations and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions such as ITSM, ITOM and ITBM.

  • Customize ServiceNow modules to align with business processes and ITIL best practices.

  • Create, configure and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies and data models.

  • Develop integrations with third-party applications and services using REST, SOAP and other integration technologies.

  • Implement AI Ops solutions to enhance IT operations, incident management and IT service optimization.

  • Leverage AI, machine learning and predictive analytics to automate event correlation, anomaly detection and incident response.

  • Integrate AI Ops tools with ServiceNow to enable automation, intelligent ticket routing and improved decision-making.

  • Work closely with IT teams (infrastructure, security, operations) to ensure seamless ServiceNow integration.

  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize ServiceNow applications for performance, availability and scalability.

  • Implement automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency in IT service management.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or similar,

  • At least three years of hands-on ServiceNow development, specializing in ITSM, ITOM and related modules.

  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience with AI Ops tools such as Splunk, Moogsoft, and BigPanda, including their integration with ServiceNow.

  • Deep understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly in incident management, change management and service catalog workflows.

  • Strong background in web services, including REST and SOAP, with experience integrating external systems.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, UI policies, and data modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and other ServiceNow development utilities.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation, and event management within AI Ops environments.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with ServiceNow and AI Ops tools.
