Our client, an IT Solutions organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join the team in North Carolina. The successful candidate will take ownership of architecting, maintaining and optimizing ITSM tools to improve user experience, productivity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will create ITSM solutions that align with enterprise applications and security policies.
Design and present ITSM architectural proposals for various projects and initiatives.
Provide guidance to IT leadership on the impact of ITSM architectural recommendations, challenges and plans.
Offer comprehensive back-end support, troubleshooting, system integrations, upgrades, administration and maintenance for ITSM tools.
Collaborate with business units, customers and engineering teams to gather requirements and implement changes or upgrades to ITSM tools.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance productivity, time-to-market, solution quality and cost efficiency.

Skillset

Demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management and administration of ITSM tools.
In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture and IT security protocols.
Hands-on experience in the development and implementation of ITSM solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
