ServiceNow Trainer (Long-Term Contract)

Our client, a leading IT Services organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Trainer for a long-term contract (3+ years) in Fort Meade, MD. This hybrid role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and offers the opportunity to support critical projects while engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ServiceNow training sessions and demonstrations.

• Create engaging training materials (videos, presentations, guides).

• Work closely with teams to enhance user adoption and knowledge.

• Lead live training sessions and provide ongoing support.

• Collaborate with technical teams to stay updated on ServiceNow enhancements.

Skillset

• Active DoD Secret clearance (mandatory).

• Experience in ServiceNow training, demonstrations or enablement.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and Agile environments.
