Contract

Our client, a global IT organization, are hiring a German-speaking ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join their team on a contract basis in Germany. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader, driving enterprise-level transformation programs for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all ServiceNow initiatives for their client, a leading retail company.

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple parallel projects, encompassing both ServiceNow-driven and partner-led efforts.

  • Ensure strategic alignment by managing communication across all stakeholders and project streams.

  • Design and maintain detailed solution roadmaps and implementation strategies, factoring in dependencies and business needs.

  • Facilitate effective governance through structured meetings, steering committees and cross-program collaboration.

  • Provide robust technical oversight to enable scalable, end-to-end delivery through your experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe.

Skillset

  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken is required.

  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-project ServiceNow programs.

  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and strategic communication.

  • Track record of successfully leading end-to-end project delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with a strong preference for experience in SAFe frameworks.
