ServiceNow Engagement Manager
Our client, a global IT organization, are hiring a German-speaking ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join their team on a contract basis in Germany. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader, driving enterprise-level transformation programs for high-profile clients.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for all ServiceNow initiatives for their client, a leading retail company.

Oversee and coordinate multiple parallel projects, encompassing both ServiceNow-driven and partner-led efforts.

Ensure strategic alignment by managing communication across all stakeholders and project streams.

Design and maintain detailed solution roadmaps and implementation strategies, factoring in dependencies and business needs.

Facilitate effective governance through structured meetings, steering committees and cross-program collaboration.

Provide robust technical oversight to enable scalable, end-to-end delivery through your experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe.
Skillset

Fluency in German, both written and spoken is required.

Extensive experience managing complex, multi-project ServiceNow programs.

Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and strategic communication.

Track record of successfully leading end-to-end project delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with a strong preference for experience in SAFe frameworks.
