ServiceNow IRM/GRC Lead Developer
Location: Edinburgh or London preferred (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)
Contract: 3 month rolling (Outside IR35).

Our client, a growing ServiceNow Partner, is hiring a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Lead Developer to join the team on a 3-month rolling contract. The successful candidate will lead delivery across multiple enterprise-level IRM (GRC) projects in sectors including insurance, banking and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, manage user stories and guide junior developers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take on light architecture responsibilities and solution design.
• Ensure best practices and scalable configurations across the platform.

Skillset

• ServiceNow IRM/GRC certification is a must.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience.
• Confident in leading development and interfacing with business stakeholders.
• Able to own delivery across a project lifecycle.
• Experience in financial services environments is a plus.
