ServiceNow SPM Business Process Consultant

Our client, a leading IT Services and Consulting organization, is hiring ServiceNow Business Process Consultants who specialise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with technical implementation teams to ensure the process aspects of each SPM deployment are well-designed, value-focused and aligned with the company’s overarching strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in designing SPM-related processes and applying industry best practices.

• Facilitate workshops and lead strategic discussions with executive stakeholders.

• Support the development and evolution of enterprise PMO and strategy execution functions.

• Design and enhance models for portfolio governance, intake and prioritisation, and capacity planning.

• Translate high-level strategic objectives into clear, actionable process improvements.

Skillset

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise PMO functions or strategy execution roles.

• In-depth understanding of portfolio governance, prioritisation frameworks and capacity planning.

• Skilled at engaging, influencing and leading conversations with executive stakeholders.

• Proficient in documenting, analysing and optimising business processes.
