  ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Our client, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant on a 6-month contract basis working remotely in the U.S. Specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining thought leadership, with deep expertise in both process and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business-focused solutions that drive value by designing repeatable processes to solve customer challenges, using best practices and industry standards.

  • Lead workshops to define, redesign, and improve SPM processes, conducting gap analyses to identify opportunities for enhancement in people, processes, and technology.

  • Propose process improvements by evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of current systems, providing detailed recommendations that outline benefits, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Gather, document, and manage business and process requirements, ensuring that solutions align with customer expectations.

  • Collaborate with project teams to implement to-be processes, offering expert guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities to enhance their SPM processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and refine key documentation, such as process flows, roles/responsibilities, workshop materials, and gap analysis reports.

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality process-related deliverables to both internal teams and customers, driving meaningful business outcomes.

  • Maintain expertise in ServiceNow SPM product capabilities and associated processes, contributing to the development and sharing of best practices.

Skillset

  • 2-4 years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on SPM solutions.

  • Proven experience in leading workshops, gathering key requirements, and influencing decision-making at senior levels, including CIOs, CFOs, and IT Directors.

  • Ability to provide technical guidance across all project stakeholders, delivering effective solutions while working closely with diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with writing and managing user stories for project delivery.

  • Experience in conducting workshops and working directly with stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions.

  • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CIS); Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (preferred).
