ITSM Business Process Consultant
Our client, a forward-thinking organization leveraging ServiceNow, is hiring an experienced ITSM Business Process Consultant for a remote contract opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in a critical ServiceNow implementation, contributing directly to ITSM process design and delivery in a fast-paced, audit-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.

Write user stories and assist with backlog creation.

Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder discussions.

Support the design and implementation of ITSM processes.

Work closely with the Architect and Engagement Manager.

Guide and educate client stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities.
Skillset
-
CSA certification is required.
-
CIS-ITSM certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).

Demonstrated expertise in writing user stories and gathering requirements.

Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

US Citizenship is required.
