ServiceNow Technical Consultant – French Speaking CSM
Our client, a global tech organization, are hiring a French-speaking ServiceNow CSM Developer to join the team remotely on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will contribute to an exciting project centred on Customer Service Management, UI Builder and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement solutions within ServiceNow CSM.
- Design and customise intuitive user interfaces using UI Builder.
- Develop and manage seamless integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality delivery with optimal performance and scalability.
- Provide technical expertise and promote best practices throughout the project.
Skillset
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM.
- Demonstrated expertise in UI Builder is eessential.
- Proven experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, APIs and third-party systems.
- Capable of working independently and confidently in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Available to start immediately.
