ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (IRM) – German Banking Project
Location: Germany (Remote/Hybrid)
Engagement: Part-time (3 days per week)
Start Date: 2 weeks
Initial Contract: Until end of September (high likelihood of extension)
Language Requirement: Fluent German (mandatory)

Our client, a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner, is hiring an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join a high-profile German banking client engagement. You will play a key role in leading delivery alongside junior team members, ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. Requiring both strong technical expertise and the ability to guide and mentor others while engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Technical delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions, working closely with a Delivery Manager.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to a junior consultant on the project.
  • Design and implement solutions within Audit Management and Risk Management modules.
  • Configure out-of-the-box ServiceNow IRM capabilities to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and customize workflows, logic and automation for Audit planning, Issue management and Remediation tracking.
  • Support and contribute to client workshops, translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for audit and risk visibility.
  • Deliver “show & tell” sessions and support client enablement.
  • Collaborate within a multi-vendor environment to ensure project success.

Skillset

  • Fluent German (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Technical Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
  • Experience delivering at least 3 IRM projects is essential.
  • Solid understanding of Audit Management, and Risk Management workflows and processes.
  • Ability to lead technical streams and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Experience working in client-facing roles and contributing to workshops.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and IRM Certification is a bonus.
  • Experience within the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
