Transformation Project Manager
Location: Paris (Onsite)
Contract: Part-Time – 24 hours per week
Programme duration: 2026-2028

Alldus are hiring an experienced Transformation Project Manager to support our client’s major multi-year platform implementation programme running from 2026-2028, covering CMDB/CSDM, ITAM/SAM, ITSM, and Cyber/GRC.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage delivery across one or more programme workstreams – implementation (2026-2028) covering CMDB/CSDM, ITAM/SAM, ITSM, Cyber/GRC.

• Coordinate with delivery partners and key stakeholders.

• Support governance forums including IGPR and SteerCo.

• Maintain RAID logs, status reporting and milestone tracking.

• Manage programme administration including resource tracking, meeting coordination and action follow-ups.

Skillset

• Fluency in French is a must.

• 8+ years’ experience in Project Management or Management Consulting.

• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation and NowCreate Certification.

• Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementation projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience managing scope, budget, timelines, risks and resources.

• Understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
