Senior Product Manager
Our client, a fast-growing AI-native software company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join the team in New York. The successful candidate will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the AI-native platform, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, reliable products that solve real-world problems for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and small-to-medium business (SMB) customers.
Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for core products.

Lead high-velocity product cycles, partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver frequent, high-quality releases.

Act as the voice of the customer through ongoing discovery with MSP and SMB users, translating insights into clear product direction.

Evaluate and apply AI capabilities including LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, fine-tuning, prompting strategies and model evaluation.

Drive alignment across engineering, design and stakeholders with clear objectives and strong prioritization

Balance data, user insight and product judgement to make confident decisions in ambiguous environments.

Help shape product management practices, frameworks and operating rhythms as the company scales.

Rapidly prototype and iterate using modern product and design tools to communicate ideas effectively.
Skillset

Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience (e.g. founding engineer, growth PM, technical program manager).

Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including prompting, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Strong prioritization skills with the ability to focus on high-impact work in complex, ambiguous settings.

Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Linear or equivalents.

Experience building AI-powered products from concept to scale is a plus.

Background in high-growth startup environments with rapid iteration cycles.

Experience in MSP, IT services or SMB software domains is a bonus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits

Salary: $140k – $190k.
