ServiceNow Architect – Employee Workflows
Our client, a global IT consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect – Employee Workflows to join the team in Berlin, Germany on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital service platforms, while also helping clients modernize service operations, optimize business processes and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and digital workflow transformation.

Define platform strategies and solution architectures that support long-term business objectives for both national and international clients.

Lead the integration of ServiceNow into complex enterprise environments and provide architectural guidance for transformation and migration initiatives.

Act as a technical lead within cross-functional project teams, supporting stakeholders across regulated sectors including government, utilities and energy.

Drive innovation through the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and automation tools to improve service delivery, user experience and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Skillset
-
Professional fluency in German and English.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar.

Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, consulting or technical leadership positions.

Strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, particularly within CSM, HRSD, integration and transformation programs.

Experience working within highly regulated environments such as public sector, utilities, energy or similar industries is advantageous.

Familiarity with emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and automation tools, including Now Assist is beneficial.

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM or CIS-HRSD are desirable.
