Our client, a global IT consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect – Employee Workflows to join the team in Berlin, Germany on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital service platforms, while also helping clients modernize service operations, optimize business processes and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and digital workflow transformation.

  • Define platform strategies and solution architectures that support long-term business objectives for both national and international clients.

  • Lead the integration of ServiceNow into complex enterprise environments and provide architectural guidance for transformation and migration initiatives.

  • Act as a technical lead within cross-functional project teams, supporting stakeholders across regulated sectors including government, utilities and energy.

  • Drive innovation through the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and automation tools to improve service delivery, user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Skillset

  • Professional fluency in German and English.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar.

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, consulting or technical leadership positions.

  • Strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, particularly within CSM, HRSD, integration and transformation programs.

  • Experience working within highly regulated environments such as public sector, utilities, energy or similar industries is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and automation tools, including Now Assist is beneficial.

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM or CIS-HRSD are desirable.
