Our client, a leading global IT services and consulting organization, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Tester to join their team on a fully remote freelance contract. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, leveraging their expertise in automated testing, Agile methodologies and the ServiceNow platform to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Test Management 2.0 and Agile Development modules.

• Support Agile development teams by delivering comprehensive testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Identify, document, track and help resolve defects.

• Design, maintain and optimize automated test suites.

• Ensure platform quality by following ServiceNow testing and configuration best practices.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality platform enhancements.

Skillset

• Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Experience with ServiceNow Agile Development and ServiceNow Test Management 2.0.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow testing methodologies and QA best practices.

• Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated test cases.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within Agile development teams.
