SPM Solution Architect

Senior ServiceNow SPM / BPC Consultant – Nordic Speaking

Location: Norway, with Sweden for Phase 2
Contract: 3-5 days per week
Start: ASAP

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow SPM / BPC Consultant to support an implementation project for a Nordic Security Company. 

The project is initially going live with 50 Project Managers, with the goal of rolling the solution out to approximately 400 users.

Key responsibilities & experience:

• Strong ServiceNow SPM experience, or strong understanding of customer-facing business processes and requirements gathering
• BPC / Senior Architect-level consulting experience
• Translate customer requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Experience with project processes and end-to-end value chains
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP integrations
• Experience with Asset Management, document handling, dashboards and reporting
• Supply Chain experience desirable but not essential
• Nordic language skills: Norwegian speaking + understanding of Swedish or Danish
