Senior ServiceNow SPM / BPC Consultant – Norwegian Speaking
Location: Norway, with Sweden for Phase 2
Contract: 3-5 days per week
Start: ASAP

Our client, a Nordic Security Company, are hiring a Senior ServiceNow SPM / BPC Consultant to join the team in Oslo on a contract basis. The successful candidate will support an implementation project which is initially going live with 50 Project Managers, with the goal of rolling the solution out to approximately 400 users.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical ServiceNow solutions.
• Support the SPM implementation, initial go-live and wider rollout.
• Map project processes and end-to-end value chains, including security camera installation projects.
• Help shape processes for asset management and document handling.
• Develop dashboards and reporting that give teams visibility into project delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to understand financial processes and ERP integration requirements.

Skillset

• Strong ServiceNow SPM experience or substantial experience with customer-facing business processes and requirements gathering.
• Previous senior consultant, Business Process Consultant or architect-level experience.
• A strong understanding of project delivery processes and end-to-end value chains.
• Knowledge of financial processes and ERP integrations.
• Experience with asset management, document handling, dashboards and reporting.
• Norwegian language skills, plus an understanding of Swedish or Danish.
• Supply chain experience is desirable.
