ServiceNow CMDB Technical Expert
Location: Belgium, 3 days onsite per week
Contract: 6 months, with potential to extend

Languages: Dutch/Flemish and English

Our client, a growing service management consultancy, is hiring a hands-on ServiceNow CMDB Technical Expert to join its team on an initial six-month contract in Belgium. The successful candidate will work across CMDB, Discovery and Application Services, helping to improve configuration data quality and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, including CIs and their relationships.

• Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery.

• Support Application Services and Service Mapping.

• Improve CMDB data quality, accuracy and alignment with CSDM.

• Investigate and resolve issues involving Discovery and CMDB integrations.

• Work with technical teams to ensure configuration data remains reliable and useful.

Skillset

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English is required.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and expert knowledge of Discovery.

• Practical experience with Application Services or Service Mapping.

• Solid understanding of CIs, relationships, CSDM and CMDB data quality.

• Experience troubleshooting Discovery and working with integrations.

• Availability to work onsite in Belgium three days per week.
