Jeff is the Founder and CEO at Giant Otter Technologies, who are building a future where machines can participate in extended, coherent, context-rich conversations with people. The Giant Otter conversation authoring platform builds bots bottom-up from call recordings and live chat transcripts.

Based on 10 years of research originating at MIT, their technology provides a structured, reliable, repeatable process to automate conversations directly from data. Giant Otter are developing new frameworks for artificial intelligence, capable of exploiting multiple representations of meaning, maintaining coherent dialogue over many turns and explaining their own decisions.
