He has extensive experience driving product strategy, delivering products and collaborating across functional groups within an organization. He is a Certified Scrum Master with the ability to drive low level product design discussions, roadmaps and interfacing with customers. James takes a pragmatic approach to the SDLC process, balancing long term goals with short term “get to market now” needs.
