Today’s guest is Raj Shukla, VP, Head AI & Machine Learning at SymphonyAI in Palo Alto, California. Founded in 2017, SymphonyAI are building the leading AI SaaS company for enterprise transformation across the most critical industry sectors. They provide focused AI applications designed to rapidly solve challenging business problems and deliver breakthrough insights, increasing operational efficiencies and growing revenue for customers.
Raj is experienced at building at-scale, cloud-native products and Machine Learning applications that drive customer and business value. He has led Engineering and Applied Science teams that have built new revenue streams, driven product differentiation and achieved infrastructure efficiencies at scale. After nearly 14 years with Microsoft, Raj joined SymphonyAI in August 2022 where he leads core ML Engineering and AI platform teams, and heads the Incubation efforts aimed at tapping new markets and creating new revenue streams.
