Today’s guest is Annette Muldowney, Vice President – ServiceNow Lead at Lakeland Bank. Founded in 1969, Lakeland Bank continues to build on its infrastructure of financial strength, profitability, efficiency and quality service as it moves into the future. It is their mission to inspire and enable the communities that they serve to achieve financial stability and success. With a passion for excellence, Lakeland Bank strive to exceed the expectations of their customers, associates and shareholders.
Annette has over 20 years Technical Management and Support experience primarily in the telecommunications and service industries, as well as local government. She is currently responsible for the creation of the ServiceNow roadmap and project development efforts for Lakeland Bank. Her duties include resetting the existing customized version of ServiceNow, the redeployment of ServiceNow as a platform technology solution in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, as well as managing the internal ServiceNow development team and third-party vendor management.
