Podcast, ServiceNow Series | June 7 2023 | Mark Kelly
Welcome to episode 107 in our Digital Transformation series of the Alldus podcast, the show where we highlight the brightest talent and technical leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Powered by Alldus International, our goal is to share with you the insights of leaders in the field to showcase the excellent work that is being done within Digital Transformation and ServiceNow implementations across the United States and Europe.
Today’s guest is Matt Farahmand, Practice Manager at Thirdera. Founded in 2021, Thirdera helps organizations adopt better patterns of work and get more from ServiceNow. Thirdera is a new type of ServiceNow partner – one that blends the scale and depth of experience that massive multi-national consultancies offer with the responsiveness, agility, and relationship focus of boutique providers. The Thirdera team unlocks enterprise potential to elevate experiences across the world of work.
With over 21 years of experience in various areas of the IT industry, Matt is continuously learning new technologies and understanding customer requirements by developing applications to meet their demands. In addition to his broad technical and managerial skills, Matt’s focus in the past several years has been to organize and improve his efficiency, knowledge and development skills by using ITSM software deployment methodologies, and ITIL Service Management’s best practices and practical implementation in his day to day operations.
In this episode, Matt will discuss:
His background and current role with Thirdera
An overview of CitizenKey and their work in the Public Sector
Use cases of the problems that CitizenKey solves in the sector
Helping public sector companies evolve in the digital age
