Pedro is a 20+ year-veteran leading teams of high-achievers in consulting, sales, project management and customer success helping companies leverage technology investments to reduce costs and improve customer experience. Currently, he leads the Americas team who are dedicated to helping technology leaders using ServiceNow to accelerate their digitization strategies by enabling their CMDB to support the adoption of the CSDM framework.
