Most recently, Phil has been leveraging his deep ITSM and IT Ops expertise on Threat Management, Security Incident, Vulnerability Response and the Security Operation Process. Moving forward, he will continue to help organizations leverage the best technologies and processes available to reduce risk, add business value, and improve customer and user experiences.
