Thomas has worked in the ServiceNow ecosystem for over 17 years and possesses a deep understanding of the technical underpinnings of the platform. He brings a considerable implementation and application development background, that spans nearly every industry, to his current role with ECS Federal. Tom is passionate about collaborating with ServiceNow’s customers throughout their digital transformation journey.
